John O’Brien
Corporate Lead

John O’Brien started his working life as a nuclear weapons engineer in the Royal Navy in the submarine service where he gained his qualifications in marine engineering. Following his service he started his sales career with Bourne leisure on resorts in the UK. After quickly moving through the management ranks he ran several large resorts as General Manager. With one eye still on sales John spend two years building and running sales teams on seven resorts across France.

In 2005 the opportunity arose to move to North America and run the large sales operation at Sherkston Shores one of North Americas top resorts. After 1 year he found himself as General manger of the resort. This was a role he would stay in for 8 years until Sherkston shores was acquired by Carefree RV resorts, He was then given the role of Vice president of Canadian operations.

During his time in Canada the demand for John’s knowledge was growing and he found himself consulting, coaching and guest speaking to various companies in and out of the leisure industry.

In 2016 John decided that it was time to dedicate 100% of his time to his passion of coaching and developing teams and business- es. John did not want to be a conventional consultant and decided to create Fresh set of I’s.

The owner of an advertising and marketing firm, Chris brings to the table over 30 years of marketing experience. Having worked in many different business sectors, Chris’s main focus has been in new community development, land development and in the leisure industry throughout Canada and the United States. Having created many award-winning advertising campaigns, corporate business packages and websites, his keen eye will shed light on the issues at hand.
