John O’Brien started his working life as a nuclear weapons engineer in the Royal Navy in the submarine service where he gained his quali cations in marine engineering. Following his service he started his sales career with Bourne leisure on resorts in the UK. After quickly moving through the management ranks he ran several large resorts as General Manager. With one eye still on sales John spend two years building and running sales teams on seven resorts across France.
In 2005 the opportunity arose to move to North America and run the large sales operation at Sherkston Shores one of North Americas top resorts. After 1 year he found himself as General manger of the resort. This was a role he would stay in for 8 years until Sherkston shores was acquired by Carefree RV resorts, he was then given the role of Vice president of Canadian operations.
During his time in Canada the demand for John’s knowledge was growing and he found himself consulting, coaching and guest speaking to various companies in and out of the leisure industry.
In 2016 John decided that it was time to dedicate 100% of his time to his passion of coaching and developing teams and business- es. John did not want to be a conventional consultant and decided to create Fresh set of I’s.
Customer Service Lead
Naomi O’Brien’s passion is “making a difference”; she has spent the last 19 years working with older adults in many interdisciplinary team environments across the globe. In addition to her work in the Health Services industry, Naomi has spent over 6 years supporting various leadership roles within the Leisure Industry, including Quality Assurance Coordinator within the campground/resort sector. With her foundation based in Recreation Therapy, Health Services Management and Leadership & Customer service excellence she has been able to translate such compassionate roles into each new adventure that her career has taken. Formal studies have included a Masters in European Gerontology from the Vrie University in the Netherlands and a Bachelor of Health Services Management from Ryerson University. Some of her “Lifelong Learning” choices have included; becoming a Compassion Fatigue Specialist, through the Traumatology Institute in Toronto and being a certified Virtual Dementia Tour trainer through the Second Wind Dreams Foundation in Atlanta. Naomi enjoys a very fun and fast paced customer service driven career supporting the ever changing senior population across the globe.

Bill Godkin has over 30 years of experience in the health and safety industry. Bills experience covers all sectors and his reputation is legendary with all government bodies. His meticulous attention to detail and customer support make Bill a sort after commodity in the H&S world.
The owner of an advertising and marketing firm, Chris brings to the table over 30 years of marketing experience. Having worked in many different business sectors, Chris’s main focus has been in new community development, land development and in the leisure industry throughout Canada and the United States. Having created many award-winning advertising campaigns, corporate business packages and websites, his keen eye will shed light on the issues at hand.
